LANDesk Software Licenses Source Code to Venti Solutions
Colorado Springs, CO., July 10, 2006 – Venti Solutions announced today a source code license agreement with LANDesk Software for key remote PC support software. “Venti will continue to support customers using LANDesk’s Instant Support Suite Software, but we will now have the ability to upgrade and enhance our current capabilities in a continuing effort to meet the unique needs of the SMB market and support organizations seeking simplicity, reliability, and affordable solutions”, said Brian Stout, President and Co-Founder of Venti. “We are also considering hosting of LANDesk’s LDMS product for underserved markets. This presents a green field opportunity in the IT services market.” All of Venti’s services are hosted in world class data center facilities and require no purchase of software or dedicated hardware by its customers. Services are enabled through low cost, monthly subscriptions.
